Today, Google celebrates Saul Bass’ 93^rd birthday and honors this very day by designing an impressive Google Doodle motion sequence. Words alone are not enough to describe the sequence of the video but it portrays various artistic images and rendering of the word “Google”. Saul Bass was born on the 8^th of May in the year 1920 in Bronx, New York in the United States. He started working on various print work and advertisement in Hollywood in the year 1940 until he met film maker Otto Preminger. Impressed with Bass’s work, Preminger gave Bass the opportunity to produce title sequences which Bass revolutionized. He realized that putting work towards the opening and ending credits of movie can be a contributing factor to the audience’s experience. He died at the age of 75 on April 25^th, year 1996.
