This made my day! I had a great lunch with my sister today. Yum! I love to eat but I don’t know how to cook… she does. Real good. (For she is an HRM graduate, still searching for a job though. If you know one, please let me know. Sorry. Just plugged it.

Alright, back to the FOOD TRIP.
I love seafood. Fact. Every time I go on a date with bf, I always go for the shrimps! It made me dizzy one time. Haha. Not sure if it is a sign of low-blood or high-blood pressure. Bothering, right? Therefore, I must eat in moderation. It is not a fear of gaining weight though, for I am not afraid to gain few pounds.
Whew. So many ramblings. Sorry, it’s been a while since I talk about food in this blog. Now sharing the recipe:
Ingredients:
4 lbs crabs
8 cups coconut milk
1/8 cup cooking oil
4 large cloves garlic, crushed
3 tbs ginger, julienned
3 tbs white onions, minced
3 pcs jalapeno pepper
2 tbs rock salt
spinach leaves (optional)
Procedure:
1. Wash and clean crabs, discard carapace and claws then set aside.
2. Saute garlic in oil until light brown.
3. Add onions then crabs. Stir well until crabs change color.
4. Add coconut milk and jalapeno pepper.
5. Bring to a boil for 2 minutes.
6. Simmer for 15 minutes.
7. Season with salt.
8. Add spinach and continue simmering for 1 minute.
Shrimps and mussels can be cooked like this in coconut milks as well. We have tried a mix of shrimps and crabs, perfect!

I love seafoods too sis especially crab. My father and brother always caught crabs in the river near our house way back then. I really miss it…sarap..
Sis baka allergy ka sa shrimp dahil u feel dizzy…

Ganun? Pero di naman ako nangangati or what. Saka sa tagal ko na kumakain ng shrimps, nun lang nangyari un. Parang nangapal batok ko. Haha. Ako kasi umubos ng big platter. So that instance, un yung time na napakarami kong nakain na shrimp.
Buti pa kayo, hinuhuli lang seafood malapit sa house.
