KL - SG, here I come!

Even if I was really disappointed with the new Passport Application Appointment System, I’d like to give them full credits for a wonderful job done in terms of delivery service. Their partnership with AIR21 is such a good initiative that got me impressed. I was actually expecting to have my passport this Monday (since I applied for it on the 12th of July) but I received it last Saturday morning. For rush passport application it usually takes 10 working days plus possible delays due to technical difficulties as stated on DFA’s notice boards but since I’ve got mine just in time, I want to express my gratitude to both parties. Very prompt!
